A dynamic small to medium size software company based in Hammersmith, West London, is looking for a HR/IT Administrator to join and support their operations team. This position is hybrid, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. This newly created role combines two critical operational functions, HR and IT, providing an opportunity to enhance both employee experience and technological efficiency. You will play a dual role, providing HR administrative support and IT operational assistance across the company.
HR Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding/Offboarding process: Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing contracts, collecting documentation, and setting up new starter inductions. Assist in managing the offboarding process, ensuring all necessary steps are completed for leavers, including system access revocation and asset recovery and reallocation.
2. HR Systems and Administration: Support the day-to-day operations of HR information systems, including data entry, maintenance, updates, of employee records, new Starter information, training information and other HR-related data.
3. Recruitment: Support the recruitment process, including supporting the posting of job ads, screening candidate applications, scheduling interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
