Office based - Clifton area
Our client is a highly successful law firm who are now seeking a full-time Residential Conveyancing Secretary to join their team. Ideally, our client is seeking someone who has some legal experience and strong IT skills for a new opportunity within the Bristol area.
Your role:
1. Generating new conveyancing quotations
2. Following AML and on-boarding procedures
3. Opening new files on our case management system
4. Producing Client Engagement letters and new client packs
5. Dealing with correspondence with clients, agents, lenders, landlords, and solicitors
6. Ordering conveyancing searches
7. Using the Land Registry Portal
8. Answering telephones and updating clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
9. Post completion work for purchases
10. Covering reception (when required)
The person:
1. Legal experience
2. Strong MS Office skills
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Professional telephone manner
5. Strong attention to detail is essential
6. Excellent customer service ability
7. Highly organised
8. Proactive attitude
9. Calm under pressure
