HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator based in the heart of Ashford. This is a temporary role for approx. 6 months. Hours Mon - Fri, 37hrs. Pay £12.20ph Summary of the role To assist in the delivery of a customer focused service by influencing efficient and positive outcomes and ensuring the customer receives a high level of customer service. To resolve as high a percentage as possible of general enquiries directly using various systems and knowledge of the waste and street cleansing contract. To keep systems, records and databases up to date to maintain an audit of actions and enable accurate reports to be produced. To provide administrative support, and co-ordinate, collate and assist in the production of evidence files for the prosecution of offences relevant to legislation. Dealing with routine correspondence Maintain Full Audit of actions and communication with Customers and ensure these are recorded on the appropriate systems to aid effective coordination and communication across the wider team. To Coordinate diaries for meetings, invite attendees as relevant, circulate papers and prepare agendas. Required Experience: Worked in a customer facing environment, handling matters of a sensitive nature Good IT and keyboard skills Be able to keep and maintain auditable records for investigations Website writing or promotion of services Background knowledge of legislation This role is starting as soon as possible, so please apply today HRGO Recruitment - Ashford Branch
