Our client is looking for a temporary ongoing administrator for their busy office function.
Key Responsibilities - Office Administrator
1. General office administration
2. Processing Web Orders
3. SDN's, Booking Couriers, Despatch Labels, Tooles Labels
4. Taking card payments
5. Updating Sales Quote log
6. Chasing Quotes
7. Proof of Export Documentation
8. Booking Courier Collection from Customers and Suppliers as required
9. Chasing Suppliers
10. Updating Customers regarding any changes in delivery dates
11. Any general customer communication as required by other staff
12. Filing and Scanning
13. Making tea and coffee for visitors
14. Keeping Office tidy
15. Ordering Stationery
Qualifications & Requirements - Office Administrator
1. Previous administration experience
2. Excellent communicator
3. Good organisational skills
4. The ability to work within a fast-paced environment
5. Ability to work under pressure
6. Excellent phone manner
7. Reliable with a great work ethic
