We are looking for a Coordinator (m/f/d) for Customer Motorsport to support with projects based at selected race tracks in Germany and with daily tasks based at our office in Cologne.

6. Regularly communicate and coordinate with internal and external customers, suppliers, and partners in Japan and worldwide, including the coordination of special measures in cooperation with customers and suppliers in bottleneck situations.
7. Travel to events as needed (a valid driving license is mandatory).
8. Create invoices including the system-side completion of orders in SAP.
The successful candidate will:
1. Have a background in event management or project management, ideally within the motorsport industry.
2. Have successfully completed studies in business administration or/and Japanese language/culture.
3. Show strong Japanese language skills (JLPT 2) and very good English language skills.
4. Be experienced in dealing with Japanese culture.
5. Be willing to travel on selected event days.
6. Display a customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Show a results-driven mindset and strong communication skills.
8. Have a desire to work in the customer motorsport environment.
