DIGITAL MARKETER | LLANDUDNO JUNCTION, HYBRID
We’re on the lookout for a curious and accomplished Digital Marketer to work with our team of brand, Meta and marketing specialists on a range of exciting client projects across food & beverage, FMCG, and B2B.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be working closely with the entire team, helping to develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing strategies that drive results. Whether it’s planning and delivering Google Ads, leading SEO improvements, or putting together a killer email campaign, you’ll be at the heart of our clients’ digital growth.
Your Typical Day Might Include:
* Setting up and optimising Google Ads to generate leads and conversions.
* Developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings and help achieve overall account objectives.
* Monitoring and analysing campaign data using tools like GA4 and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights for ROI improvement.
* Dipping into website builds or collaborating with developers on optimisation tweaks and landing page creation.
And because the world of marketing is always interesting, expect a few wild card tasks now and then. We enjoy a good puzzle to solve occasionally!

What You’ll Need:
* A knack for digital marketing - especially when it comes to Google Ads and SEO. With email marketing and website build experience as nice-to-haves.
* Familiarity with the usual digital tools (you know the ones) and a love for diving into data to see what’s working.
* Flexibility and a sense of humour - things move fast here, and no two days are alike.
Google Ads & Paid Media
* Manage, optimise, and scale Google Ads campaigns to improve ROI.
* Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting to drive conversions.
* Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and recommend improvements.
SEO & Website Management
* Plan and execute technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to boost rankings.
* Build and manage backlinks, ensuring ethical link-building practices.
* Maintain websites (mainly Shopify, some WordPress), ensuring optimal performance, security, and SEO compliance.
Email Marketing & CRM
* Create, manage, and optimise email campaigns using Klaviyo and Brevo.
* Segment and manage customer data to maximise engagement and conversion.
* Implement automation flows to nurture leads and drive sales.
Client Communication & Strategy
* Work directly with clients, presenting data-driven insights and marketing plans.
* Develop tailored marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Communicate clearly, honestly, and transparently, keeping clients informed every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in Google Ads, SEO (technical, on-page, off-page), and website maintenance.
* Hands-on experience with Shopify, WordPress, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
* Proficiency in email marketing tools like Klaviyo and Brevo.
* Strong data analysis skills—you should love diving into numbers and optimising performance.
* Exceptional organisation and communication skills—this role involves direct client interaction.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid/remote setup.
Studio Life:
This is a studio-based role, so you’ll need to be able to get to Llandudno Junction. But don’t worry, we believe in a flexible working environment, so there’s room to balance things out if you need to work from home.
