Does this sound like you?
You’re an experienced Project Manager with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system implementation experience, who’s excited to forge a new way to save. You’ll have delivered on large scale projects of work, and will be excited about implementing high quality systems whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with key project stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
The ERP and EPM systems will support our core Finance processes while driving operational efficiency across the business. Reporting to the Head of Financial Control and working closely with the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in delivering these systems on an initial 6 month contract. You will take full ownership of the project, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless integration, on-time delivery, and alignment with the company’s evolving needs. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including the Finance, IT and Data teams, and external consultants, to ensure the project is executed efficiently and within budget.
Other key responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing the system selection, implementation, and go-live
2. Optimising and documenting finance processes, and ensuring business alignment
3. Overseeing the development and delivery of training programs for end-users
4. Establishing, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators
5. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
What you’ll bring:
1. Proven experience in project managing ERP and EPM implementation projects, preferably in a mid-sized SAAS company (£50m+ turnover), from system selection to end user support
2. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. Sage Intact, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Business Central/D365), and EPM tools (e.g. Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, OneStream)
3. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, identify challenges and find solutions
4. Understanding of finance processes, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills, interpreting complex data to make informed decisions
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or a professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred
