We are recruiting for an Admin/Sales Assistant, including the following behavior expectations and skills:
Daily Tasks – After Sales
1. 1st point of call for phone calls, showroom walk-ins, and general email inquiries.
2. Manage all After Sales activities including annual servicing, breakdowns, warranty, and defects.
3. Coordinating all After Sales site activities with Service Engineers, Clients, Project Manager, Sales department, and Purchasing department.
4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for our registered bodies (Gas Safe, Hetas, etc).
5. Utilize existing CRM & Project Management software systems – Buildertrend and Joblogic (training will be provided).
6. Provide basic technical support to customers via phone and email before scheduling Engineer callouts.
Daily Tasks – Administration
1. Oversee general service providers and schedule routine maintenance works.
2. Manage general service providers contracts and renewals.
3. Take payments over the phone via credit card.
4. Perform bookkeeping tasks including opening new accounts, raising sales invoices, posting payment receipts.
5. Manage debt collection.
6. Support Project Management with ad hoc tasks.
New Project Work
As the business evolves, we are always seeking to enhance our customer experience and grow our customer base. There will always be new projects being undertaken that this role will get involved in. Currently, this role would be involved in:
1. Digitizing and automating our customer service booking process – to improve efficiencies.

This role is pivotal in the office to ensure the smooth running of our business. It is vital that the candidate possesses the following skill set:
1. Extensive experience in customer service and administration roles.
2. Self-starter able to take the initiative.
3. Keen attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
4. Strong computer literacy.
5. Clear communication skills across verbal, written, and digital formats.
6. Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
7. Impeccable time management.
8. Able to resolve customer complaints professionally.
You must provide references and have the right to work in the UK.
This is a contract role, with a view to move into full-time employment.
