As a Nurse your key duties include:
* Work closely with your residents, their families, friends and other carers to provide the highest standards of professional, person:centred, unique care
* To promote a caring, safe and welcoming environment which supports the physical, emotional and social needs of each resident
* Develop high:quality, tailored care plans appropriate to the individual needs of your residents which encourage choice, independence and dignity
* Be responsible for the safe handling, administration and recording of all medication and treatments inline the NMC guidelines and company policies
* In the absence of the Home Manager/Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead, you will oversee the day to day running of the home and supervise your loyal and compassionate team
* Youll ensure the provision of personal nursing care is consistently delivered to all of your residents
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
* Experience in individual care planning and using assessment tools is preferred but not essential
* A sound understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty and the implementation of this
* Previous experience of assessing client needs is desirable
* Proven ability in Audit management (preferred)
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to GBP20.00 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP45,760 per annum.
