We continue to go from strength to strength and are excited to be recruiting for a highly motivated and dedicated Retail Branch Manager to join the Retail Travel Sales team in our Thorpe Travel branch. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a customer service professional to influence a team and drive change and improvement for the branch whilst making a real difference to our customer base. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position will lead and motivate a team of talented individuals providing a specialist travel service, tailor made to customers’ requirements in line with our retail mission statement and values. This is an exciting and varied role which will have a focus on Sales, Marketing, Profitability, Financials, People Management and Health and Safety. Each booking is important to us, we are travel enthusiasts with a passion for holidays and value our customers. We want nothing but the best booking service for them leading up to their holiday. It is, therefore, our priority as a retail team to provide a warm welcome for all enquiries and provide a service which goes above and beyond to confirm bookings for unforgettable holiday experiences. As the successful candidate you will be a confident communicator with strong motivational and prioritisation skills along with a high level of accuracy. We are keen to hear from individuals with excellent Customer Service skills with strong Team Management experience, It would also be essential for the successful candidate to have travel industry experience.
