Fleet and Administration Coordinator
A&E Fire and Security Ltd is a specialist in the fire and security industry installing and maintaining fire and security equipment and systems to a wide variety of new and existing customers throughout the Southwest, Midlands, South Wales and M4 Corridor to London.

Main Fleet Requirements/Duties
* Maintaining a fleet to ensure our engineers can maximise their time on customers' sites, 24 hours a day.
* Maintenance, service and repairs booking, planning and coordination.
* Managing vehicle maintenance and service to make sure vehicles are working at their most efficient.
* Assisting with the purchase and selling of new fleet vehicles.
* Finance record keeping and administration.
* Planning and scheduling vehicle auditing.
* Insurance administration.
* Management of vehicle tracking and telematics including keeping records up to date.
Main Administration Requirements/Duties
* Health and safety including data gathering for submission to accrediting bodies, internal assessments and organisation of remedial works.
* Quality management and coordination.
* Employee recognition including team buildings, annual appraisal and reviews.
* Training coordination and administration including accurate record keeping.
* Office management including stationery and canteen ordering, IT coordination and internal support.
* Support to the engineering team including hotel booking and parking arrangements.
* Master equipment management including calibrations and reporting on usage.
* Data administration and record keeping.
* Communicating with tenants.
* General business administration including data gathering, reporting and internal communication.
* Support to the finance and administration manager to help run the business.

* Ability to communicate fluently with customers, colleagues and subcontractors.
* Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively with the wider team.
* Ability to prioritise workloads to meet agreed deadlines.
* Flexible approach to work.
* Competent with office administration systems.
The candidate must be used to working in a busy, “quick response” environment and must be able to be a reliable and assertive member of a busy operational team.
It’s also expected that the candidate will have a good understanding of commonly used Microsoft Office applications.

The requirement for this role is part-time based on 39 hours a week, for example, Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 5.00pm, Fridays 08.30am – 4.00pm.
