HR Administrator – 6-month contract – Based near Fareham, Hamps.
To support the Group HR manager in all things HR Administration. A superb role for a CIPD Level 3 HR candidate, with loads of HR Admin experience. (Hybrid)
Negotiable starting salary – Potential to go perm after the contract. START ASAP (Even pre-Christmas 2024) for someone who wants to learn and grow in a role. Working with a very experienced (super friendly) HR Manager/Consultant – a mentor. The role is based 3 days in the office in Gosport, with 2 flexible days per week at home.

The Role:
* 90% HR administration (deal with all the basics like water off a duck's back)
* 10% HR advisory (basics)
* Contracts
* Onboarding
* Email management
* People HR system management
* Payroll updates
* Letters
The Candidate Must Have:
* Minimum CIPD Level 3 completed with 5 years minimum HR admin/advisor experience
* Commutability to Gosport 3 times per week
* Ability to work and communicate superbly with the Senior HR Manager
* Attention to detail with extensive admin experience
* Good level of education, maths, English, etc.
* Strong organisational skills
