Territory Manager UK/Ireland (w/m/d)
* You will lead the Attachment sales team across the United Kingdom and Ireland, overseeing and supporting other salespeople in the region, ensuring the team’s performance aligns with our strategic goals.
* You will be responsible for identifying and developing dealers for alternative Epiroc brands, such as Pengo and LaBounty, expanding our market reach and dealer network.
* Territory management will be a core aspect of your role, where you will drive market and sales growth by intensifying existing dealer relationships, identifying and acquiring new partners, and optimizing our presence in the region.
* You will provide strategic advice and ongoing support to dealers, conduct competitor and market analysis, and independently manage relationships to maximize business potential.
Your Competence, Skills and Experience
* Successfully completed technical or business studies or equivalent education
* Communicative skills, customer orientation, and negotiation skills
* Industry knowledge in construction machinery sales is advantageous
* Very good MS Office skills, experience with CRM systems is advantageous
* Willingness to travel within the sales region
* Structured and goal-oriented working methods, high sense of responsibility, teamwork, independence, and commitment
