Our client is an award-winning technology-based discretionary fund manager that runs evidence based, passive investment portfolios on behalf of financial advisers. Salary for the Client Relations Administrator: £26,000 per annum Duties of the Client Relations Administrator: Organise and prioritise enquiries received via the company’s shared mailbox Schedule tasks, meetings, and telephone calls using the company’s CRM and Microsoft Outlook Respond to queries promptly with appropriate, considerate communication, especially regarding customer vulnerabilities Process client applications and report incomplete or incorrect submissions to the Client Relations Manager Support client meetings and appointments by arranging venues, marketing materials, hospitality, and refreshments Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using the company’s CRM and workspace systems Assist the sales team by arranging meetings, conducting due diligence, managing client onboarding/offboarding, and logging correspondence Perform general office administration duties including ordering stationery and supplies, filing, photocopying, printing, and managing reception Organise and maintain internal folders for efficient document management Skillset required for the Client Relations Administrator: Strong Administration Good Organisation Effective Communication Customer service Teamwork Hours of work for the Client Relations Administrator 9am - 5pm In order to be considered for the Client Relations Administrator: position or to obtain further information please contact the Resource Team on (phone number removed) - ext 1004
