They recruit over 3000 Partners and staff and operate for eight offices throughout the UK. Our client is a top 50 and an Award-Winning Professional Services Firm. They are part of a National & International Network of firms with global opportunities and currently have an vacancy available for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their professional and incredibly busy Financial Planning team based in Preston.
The Role (Key responsibilities)
Submission of applications and related activities.
Liaison with insurance companies.
Production of client valuations and preparation of review packs.
Booking appointments and scheduling meetings.
Dealing with calls from clients/product providers.
Obtaining illustrations and quotations.
Ensuring documentation is fully prepared, pre and post advice.
Ensuring client database is kept up to date.
The individual will be working directly with Consultants and our Technical Support team, to deliver first class client service to clients, in a compliant manner.
To apply for the role Candidates should offer previous / current experience working in a similar role for an IFA Firm. Those form a Product Provider may be required, however solid knowledge of Pensions and / or Investments will be required. It would be a desire for the successful Candidate to have use of Back Office System 'Xplan'.
