The post holder will be a key member of the management team, responsible for Human Resources (HR) in the areas of induction, review, appraisal, retention, development, staff engagement and the day to day HR requirements of the Practice. In addition, the post holder will provide the management and leadership skills necessary to train and develop Team Managers in various aspects of HR, as appropriate to their roles and duties. The role will focus primarily on leading the HR element for the Practice. The post holder will work with the Practice Manager, ensuring that employees receive the guidance and support they require whilst in our employment. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a stand-alone role and be able to demonstrate an ability to review, develop and implement HR policies, including performance management procedures.
