The Position Transform Patient Care Through Innovative Solutions Roche is seeking a dynamic Healthcare Outcome Partner to join our Sales and Account Management team. In this field-based role, you will drive the adoption of our high medical value (HMV) assays, which provide actionable insights to shape therapeutic choices, enhance patient outcomes, and reduce healthcare costs. By building meaningful relationships and delivering on our clinical value proposition, you’ll play a pivotal role in reshaping healthcare within your defined region. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Execution : Develop and implement clinical value sales plans targeting healthcare professionals. Provide impactful presentations to demonstrate the clinical and economic value of our HMV products. Drive sales activity focused on target accounts, markets, and segments to expand product adoption. Utilize customer insights to inform marketing strategies and shape clinical messaging. Establish business opportunities to drive growth in new segments and manage a robust sales funnel. Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, CAM, Marketing, etc.) and external partners to overcome adoption barriers. Share best practices, key learnings, and market insights to elevate team performance. Proactively identify and develop strategies to support customers and encourage innovation. Professional Development : Continuously enhance your knowledge of the NHS landscape, product portfolio, and sales methodologies. Adopt and apply individual sales abilities and technical expertise to deliver exceptional results. Compliance : Ensure adherence to all company policies and complete administrative tasks accurately and on time. What You Bring: Education and Experience : Degree-level education or equivalent. Proven experience in sales or market development within the healthcare industry. Demonstrated success in a customer-centric sales approach, with a track record of managing complex sales cycles. Skills and Attributes : Tenacious, resilient, and capable of acquiring new business in complex healthcare settings. Strong commercial acumen and ability to recognize trends and customer dynamics within the UK healthcare market. Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office products. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Determined and motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and involve management support when needed.
