Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Graduate Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of their organization by developing and implementing targeted strategies for attracting top university talent. As part of the 'Human Resources' project, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the success of campus recruitment efforts and drive the development of internship and graduate programs.
What you will do:
* Develop and execute innovative campus recruitment strategies to attract top university talent.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions to enhance the organization's presence.
* Plan, coordinate, and manage on-campus events to engage potential candidates and create a positive brand presence.
* Assess and select candidates based on organizational needs and position requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth candidate onboarding processes.
* Optimize recruitment strategies using insights gathered from campus engagement.
* Manage internship and graduate recruitment programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in campus recruitment, providing guidance and collaborating with the team to achieve results.
* Contribute to team decisions, provide solutions to problems for the immediate team, and across multiple teams.
* Engage with multiple stakeholders and teams to make key decisions related to recruitment processes.
Qualifications
* Expert proficiency in Candidate Assessments.
* Advanced or expert proficiency in Recruiting Systems.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Recruitment Process Design, Regulatory Compliance, Branding, and Candidate Interviewing.
* Proven ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and key stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to collaborate across teams and provide strategic input into decision-making processes.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Preferred but not mandatory - Prior experience in campus recruitment, internship programs, or graduate recruitment.
