About the Role:
This is a key role within the school, where you will have the opportunity to provide essential support to students, helping them to overcome learning challenges and achieve their potential. Working within a supportive team, you will assist children with their educational and personal development, making a lasting impact on their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized and group support to students, tailored to their learning needs
* Foster a positive, engaging learning environment that encourages pupils’ growth
* Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver effective learning interventions
* Monitor and track pupil progress, providing feedback and adjustments to support plans as necessary
* Contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming school atmosphere
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience working with children in an educational setting, ideally as a teaching assistant or in a similar support role
* Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with young learners
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the school team
* Relevant qualifications in education or child support are advantageous
