Purpose of the Job:
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join as Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technicians. The role focuses on ensuring safety regulations are followed, conducting preventative maintenance to high standards, and maintaining high equipment availability through continuous improvement.
Shift Pattern: This role involves working in non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends.
Key responsibilities include:
* Model and monitor health & safety best practices among team members.
* Demonstrate SME (Subject Matter Expert) knowledge of all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
* Coach and mentor technicians on shift.
* Support and supervise shifts in the absence of the line manager.
* Ensure high equipment availability through troubleshooting and prioritization.
* Support continuous system improvements across the EU network.
* Develop and maintain good relationships across all organizational levels.
* Understand OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and performance metrics.
* Manage contractors effectively.
Basic Qualifications:
* Multiskilled in electrical and mechanical disciplines with experience in automation or complex MHE environments.
* Solid knowledge of PLC-based control systems.
* Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for planning and recording maintenance tasks.
* Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven supervisory and influencing skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
* Experience managing multiple contractors.
