As Manager of a point of sale you will motivate, supervise and develop a dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities
You are a brand ambassador with some key tasks:
1. Point of sale administration
2. Managing the team
3. Growing the turnover and improving the KPIs
4. The excellent service offered to our customers
5. The transmission of your knowledge and skills to the team
6. Having an in-depth knowledge of our story and who we are, our offer, our silhouettes and our collections
7. Supervision of all “non-sales” activities linked to the organisation and functioning of the point of sale
Keeping the brand image bright
On a daily basis your role will include:
8. Leading by example in the use of sales skills such as the spontaneous hook, complementary and/or additional sales, customer loyalty, etc.
9. Excellent upkeep of the point of sale and merchandising
10. Driving a global dynamism in order to achieve sales objectives
11. Administrative and HR tasks for the point of sale and the team
12. Organising the point of sale according to ba&sh’ strategy and recommendations
13. Respect of ba&sh’ sales and management processes
