Customer Service Co-ordinator
Location: West Bromwich, West Midlands
Hours: 8:45am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (36.25 hours per week)
An established and respected chemical manufacturer is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Co-ordinator to join its busy and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in export and shipping who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service to customers around the world.
You'll play a key role in managing customer orders from start to finish - handling enquiries, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and preparing documentation for both domestic and international transport. Liaising closely with internal departments and freight partners, you'll ensure OTIF delivery targets are met while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer orders from start to finish, including handling enquiries and processing orders.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
1. Minimum RQF Level 3 (e.g., Full City & Guilds Level 3) in a practical electrical discipline.
2. At least 5 years of practical post-qualification experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role within an industrial manufacturing environment.
3. CompEx (Ex01-04) & (Ex05-06) qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
4. A flexible and adaptable approach to managing multiple complex tasks and shifting priorities.
