We are currently recruiting for a Soft FM Manager covering Lancashire/ South Cumbria. The role is a fixed term 6-month contract, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. This is a hybrid role working from home, the office, and customer sites. The role requires you to be flexible to the needs of the business. The starting salary is from £50,000 depending on experience + £3000 car allowance with an annual 10% performance-based bonus.
About the role:
Soft FM Managers will manage large soft Facilities Management teams with multiple disciplines and service delivery. They will manage soft service budgets and circa 150 colleagues. They play an important role at NHSPS, serving as the conduit between senior managers and leaders and the colleagues across the business who deliver for our customers and keep the business running smoothly. Their teams are made up of specialists and team contributors, and typically they are responsible for the delivery of defined elements of the strategy and operating plans.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the delivery of Soft FM services across a defined portfolio of properties within a defined geographical area.
2. Clarify priorities, plans, and goals/performance standards for their team; create an inclusive, high-performing culture where colleagues can develop and thrive.
3. Provide reporting on productivity and other KPIs.
4. Identify opportunities to improve processes and practices.
5. Share technical/professional skills and knowledge.
