Accounts Assistant / Credit Controller | Stevenage | 28,000 - 32,000 A permanent Accounts Assistant / Credit Control position has arisen working for a professional services company based In Stevenage, paying up to 32,000. Your New Company You’ll be working for a growing organisation based in Stevenage, working within a small close-knit Finance team at their head office. This company are renowned nationally and have an excellent reputation within their field, growing rapidly in recent years. Your New Role You’ll be working as an Accounts Assistant / Credit Controller and will be responsible for; Maintain customer records with high accuracy. Manage the finance side of the CRM system. Perform credit control tasks in collaboration with the Finance Team. Liaise with colleagues regarding any payment issues. Process payments and sales transactions. Respond to internal and external customer queries via phone and email as needed. Working closely with the Head of Finance to resolve any queries or issues. Providing cover for other members of staff when necessary. About You You’ll need to be; A strong communicator, comfortable to communicate internally and externally. Experienced in Credit Control is preferential, but not essential. A self-starter able to take initiative. Good experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
