Position: Humanities Teacher Location: Northampton Are you a Humanities teacher looking for a new full-time role from January 2025 Teaching Personnel are working alongside successful schools in Central Northamptonshire who are hoping to welcome a dynamic Humanities teacher into their teams. Teaching a full timetable across Key Stage 3, GCSE and A-level The successful Humanities Teacher will be expected to: Plan, prepare and deliver Humanities lessons to accommodate the needs of pupils at various levels of learning Assess and evaluate class work, report back to senior teachers and take appropriate action to support pupils in meeting their aims and objectives Work with pupils who may display challenging behaviour Manage behaviour in line with school behaviour policies and promote positive behaviour management skills Support with the development of Schemes of Work in line with the National Curriculum for Humanities Requirements Qualified Teacher status (QTS) or equivalent Qualification in History, Geography, Religious studies, or related fields Experience Teaching Secondary students up to A-level standard Confident to plan and deliver high Enhanced child only DBS About us Teaching Personnel is a leading agency in Education recruitment priding ourselves on providing you with a top-quality service.
