Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Administrator with technical administration experience to join our team. If you have experience updating project plans, managing materials and supporting technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Administration: Support the project management team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring all project documents and data are well-organized. Materials Management: Oversee the procurement, tracking, and delivery of materials needed for project execution, ensuring they are available on time and within budget. Project Plan Updates: Regularly update and maintain project schedules, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met. Technical Support: Provide administrative support to technical teams, assisting with project documentation, compliance records, and project-specific details. Liaison with Suppliers & Contractors: Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure materials and resources are appropriately managed and delivered. Data Entry & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely data entry, preparing status reports and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: Technical Administration Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role within a technical, manufacturing, production, or construction environment. Materials Management: Familiarity with managing materials, including ordering, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery. Project Plan Updates: Experience in updating and maintaining project schedules and plans, tracking key deliverables. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure project documentation and materials management are accurate and up-to-date. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
