Department: TCM - Thames Valley Employment Type: Full Time Location: Maidenhead Description Due to continued growth, McBains are looking for an office administrator with 5 years’ experience in a commercial setting to join our team in our vibrant Maidenhead office. This is a full-time role based on-site, 5 days a week at our Maidenhead office. The ideal candidate will be based locally and have over five years’ experience in a similar role. Key Responsibilities Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company procedures Dealing with phone and e mail enquiries Leading in coordination and support for Manchester office events and local Marketing Maintaining records, CRM systems and HR systems (specifically Unit4) Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes Organising travel and accommodation for staff Diary management Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment Organising and sending outgoing post Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer based information Social calendar management & support and leadership on CSR, cultural and teambuilding initiatives. Occasionally supporting the London and Maidenhead offices as needed. Administration of financial reporting/invoicing Project administration including raising Purchase Orders. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Ideally this person will have Professional Services, Consulting or Construction, Property or Engineering Admin experience.
