About you:
Are you looking to be part of a People and Culture team that are going through significant change and transformation? This could be the role for you!
We’re looking for two competent administrators who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
The role:
As our People and Culture Administrator, you will provide administrative support across a broad array of people-related activities, including:
* Maintaining People and Culture systems (SAGE is our current system, we are migrating to CIPHR) to ensure timely adherence to all KPIs, compliance and governance.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for Trooli employees for day-to-day inquiries and requests regarding personnel matters.
* Overseeing the complete employee life cycle by accurately inputting employee data in alignment with P&C KPIs.
* Providing support to the People & Culture Team, Talent Acquisition, SHEQ and Employee Training Requests.
* Co-ordinating logistics for new hire orientations.
* Writing and submitting reports concerning general HR activities.
* Ensuring prompt email responses, answering phone calls and addressing employee inquiries.
* Recording meeting minutes and ensuring timely task completion.
* Guiding employees and managers.
* Continuously learning the latest HR best practices to enhance workplace efficiencies.
Skills and Experience:
* Previous admin experience ideally within a Human Resources capacity
* Basic knowledge of employment law practices
* Proficient user of Microsoft office applications
* A keen eye for detail and enjoys problem solving
* Exhibits excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Able to take minutes during meetings
Qualifications:
Ideally you will have one of the following qualifications or equivalent experience:
* Educated to GCSE or equivalent, ideally grade 4 and above with math, English, and IT or Science
* Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or pursuing the qualification.
