Key responsibilities will include:
• In charge of a large innovative finance team you'll be supporting enhanced reporting and developing new financial leaders for the business.
• Utilising analytical thinking to improve processes and efficiencies for the business.
• Strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting with regular updates to keep a deeper clarity of maximising business profitability.
• Commercial business analysis to produce and build upon existing models to provide insightful data, consistently challenging commercial measures and realignment.
• Championing business initiatives to identify opportunities to make commercial improvements.
• Spearheading the optimisation of business processes alongside commercial teams to ensure agile working and efficiency returns on supply chains.
• A focus on performance improvements in strategic budgeting and forecasting.
• Implementing new processes and building strong relationships with all operational managers for improved commercials.
• Providing technological enhancements that enhance business processes and improve the data for all reporting.
Other duties:
• Collaborating with all finance managers to ensure successful delivery of timely reporting to include upgrades onto the new system.
• Working with both the finance and operational teams to improve commercials within each business area.
• Producing budgets to include updated KPI and other targets.
The successful applicant, skills required:
• A qualified accountant who has an exceptional track record in a wide range of financial management process improvements.
• Advanced skills will also be required in business partnering and financial projects to include system implementation and upgrades.
• Enhancing strategic commercial management reports and planning.
• Management of executive internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly analytical to include Advanced Excel and experience of Business intelligence tools.
• Producing financial models thus Advanced Excel.
• A 'hands on' approach to problem solving and strengthening commercials.
