Job Role
As a Junior Graphic Designer in the Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging and intuitive sales materials designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. You will work closely with the Design Team and the Marketing Manager to develop a wide range of design assets, from social media graphics to annual reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Material Design: Create and maintain a range of sales materials, including fabric swatch books, colour swatch books, product specification sheets, size specifications, and sample hang tags.
* Digital Design: Design engaging graphics for social media posts.
* Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and design assets for various marketing campaigns.
* Brand Consistency: Adhere to the brand guidelines to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
* Print Design: Collaborate with the Marketing team to create print materials such as posters, flyers, and brochures.
Required Skills and Experience
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Experience in creating commercial marketing materials for print and digital use.
* Experience creating video content for social media.
* Experience using Figma.
* A portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects.
* An awareness and interest in current design trends.
* Ability to be reactive in an evolving environment where the role won’t always be structured and there will often be ad-hoc design challenges to take on.
* Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
The Team
Joining the Marketing & Design Team you will work closely with the UX/UI Digital Designer, Part Time Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager. You will also work closely with the Sales and Sustainability Teams.
