Job summary The Estates Property Manager will provide efficient, effective and professional property management services for UHCW NHS Trust to agreed key performance indicators. They will develop strong relationships with landlords, including NHS Property Services, Community Health Partnerships and others as part of the Trusts property portfolio. Develop and manage formal leases and licences with partners and landlords as appropriate. Carry out the Tenant Representative function to those buildings where the Trust is tenant. Working with tenants and landlords to provide "fit for purpose" buildings ensuring appropriate maintenance and landlord services are carried out in line with the agreed formal lease. Main duties of the job Responsible for the management of the Community Property Services on behalf of UHCW including the line management to Admin staff. Responsible for the liaison and lease negotiations for new property agreements as both tenant and landlord and all commercial related property matters. Responsible for the renewals, rates valuations and all associated property matters with NHS Landlords, Private Landlords including PFI/LIFT, Local Authorities and other private and public bodies.
