Field Installation and Service Engineer\n\nRegional – Central and East Midlands (Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Bedford, Cambridge & surrounding areas)\n\n28k + van + expenses + overtime + bonus + progression OTE £32K - £35k \n\nAre you currently working in a field based technical role? \n\nAre you looking for a career opportunity within Engineering with full training and the opportunity to upskill long term?!\n\nIs it important to you to work for a company where their team are long standing due to being well looked after?!\n\nLOOK NO FURTHER!\n\nWe are proud to represent this successful business exclusively in the search for a Field Engineer to join them on a full time, permanent basis, joining a small team specialising in a particular product line.\n\nHaving worked with this successful organisation for many years, we can confirm that their Engineers are very well looked after! \n\nA rare opportunity to be offered full training, relevant transferable backgrounds focused around electronics or electrical installations to include telecoms or broadband, smart meter installation or similar.\n\nOnce fully trained, you will be working alone and managing your schedule independently once jobs have been assigned, so we are looking for someone honest and trustworthy who is happy to work on their own, and travel to multiple sites daily.\n\nGeneral responsibilities include:\n\nInstalling, servicing and maintaining bespoke electrical and AV related equipment (full training given)\n\t\nWorking on site, acting as a brand ambassador – customer base is varied commercial clients across multiple sectors including banking, retail, leisure and hospitality\n\t\nOffering technical advice over the telephone\n\t\nPlanning and prioritising jobs which are assigned by the service team to ensure deadlines are met\n\t\nCompleting and returning paperwork to the team on time and to agreed standards\n\t\nRegularly communicating with the office staff, being responsive and friendly \n\t\nLooking after the company vehicle, ensuring it is well maintained\n\t\nLiaising effectively with the Service team to ensure stock is managed\n\t\nUndertaking overtime where possible\n\t\nAny other duties as required\n\nTo be shortlisted for this Field Engineer position, you will have:\n\nSome relevant experience in a field-based technical role e.g.
