We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our client’s team for a 3-month assignment supporting their EMEA Project Management Office (PMO). This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced global environment while putting your strong administrative skills to use Location: Egham (on-site, Monday to Friday, full-time) Duration: 3 months with potential to extend to 6 months (workload dependent) What You’ll Be Doing: Providing day-to-day administrative support to the EMEA Project Management and Sales Teams. Helping with deal administration - ensuring data quality and supporting sales processes. Assisting with sales handovers, making sure new orders are ready for project teams. Maintaining project dashboards by adding new projects and keeping records updated. Supporting timesheet management, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Helping to track performance using simple KPIs and metrics (don’t worry, you’ll be shown how). Must-Have Skills: Strong administration skills - you love keeping things organised Great attention to detail - accuracy is key. Good written and spoken English - you’ll be working with teams in EMEA. Comfortable with MS Office - especially Excel. A proactive, can-do attitude - you enjoy problem-solving and working with others. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Some experience in project coordination or working with project teams. Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project (not essential).
