Job Duties:
1. Supporting the lead teacher in planning and delivering lessons
2. Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
3. Providing one-on-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
4. Helping to create a positive learning environment
5. Supporting students with emotional, social, and behavioural difficulties
Required Qualifications:
6. Psychology Graduate degree
Education:
7. Degree in Psychology or related field
Experience:
8. Experience working with children or young people
9. Knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Knowledge and Skills:
10. Understanding of Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
11. Familiarity with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
12. Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum
Preferred Qualifications:
13. Teaching Assistant qualification
14. First Aid certification
