Salt have partnered with a major financial institution to help find a mid-weight UX Researcher to join their growing team. They're looking to bolster their research capabilities by adding another member to their Commerce & Industry Research function. This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills while making a real difference for their customers. As a UX Researcher, you'll be reporting to the Head of UX Research as part of a wider mixed-methods Research team. You'll be conducting survey writing, usability and general discovery qualitative and quantitative research. This is a role that offers a lot of autonomy and development, and the company have big plans for transformation next year. So, what are they looking for? 3-5 years of experience as a UX Researcher, ideally in Financial Services, Banking, or any other heavily regulated industry. Knowledge of Consumer Duty guidelines and Accessibility Best Practice Principles. Experience working in design squads across multiple scrums, as well as an understanding of design processes and design thinking. Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies - design metrics would be nice to have. Familiarity with UserZoom & Figjam or equivalent tools. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role, with only 2 days per month of required office time. You can be anchored to either the London, Bristol, Edinburgh, or Manchester office, and necessary travel to any other of the company's hubs can be reimbursed.
