Role Overview: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and the wider team to provide support that promotes student progress, engagement, and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Assist students with SEND in accessing the curriculum, both in-class and during additional interventions. Help with the preparation of differentiated learning materials. Support the emotional and social development of students, building their confidence and independence. Monitor student progress and contribute to reviews of individual learning plans.
