About the role As a Marketing Manager at Canvas8, you’ll play a key role in shaping and driving our marketing efforts across New Business, Brand, Consultancy Services, Client Communications and Member Engagement. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a unified marketing strategy that strengthens our brand identity, enhances market visibility, and fuels business growth. In this role, you’ll develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract new clients while engaging and retaining existing ones. The day-to-day Implement and manage Canvas8’s marketing plan, ensuring alignment with business goals Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including digital, content, email, and events Manage marketing budgets, ensuring spending aligns with performance KPIs Create and execute targeted campaigns to generate leads and drive business growth Develop marketing assets, sales collateral, and case studies to support sales and consultancy teams Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and external communications Oversee the creation and distribution of impactful content, including thought leadership articles and reports across paid and owned channels Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain clients and members Lead social media strategy monitor performance. Ensure the website is optimised for lead generation and leverage SEO for traffic Plan and execute marketing initiatives for industry conferences, webinars, and workshops Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine messaging and positioning Track key marketing KPIs, optimise campaign effectiveness, and test new initiatives to improve engagement and ROI About you You’re a natural marketer - someone who understands the power of storytelling and knows how to make an impact across social, digital, events, and PR.
