About the role:
We are looking to recruit an Administrator to effectively support the HR and Finance department of Coventry and Warwickshire Mind.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR and Finance functions, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a good understanding of HR systems and practices. You will be required to work as part of a team and independently.
Key responsibilities:
• To provide administrative support to the HR and Finance department.
• To respond to emails and requests from internal and external sources.
• To maintain and update personnel records.
• To update payroll records for expenses and additional hours and any ad hoc changes.
• To undertake filing, uploading, photocopying, typing and collating information where necessary.
• To support in typing notes for informal and formal meetings.
• To scan/upload documents to personnel records and invoices/financial documents as appropriate.
• To send reminders, if requested, regarding DBS checks, Supervisions, • Appraisals, and Probationary Reviews.
Essential requirements:
• Experience of working in an administrative environment.
• Experience of working with Microsoft 365, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload, working within strict deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and GDPR procedures at all times.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Able to use a computer and other electronic devices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
