SALES ADMINISTRATION WITH FLUENT JAPANESE WRITTEN & SPOKEN PREFERRED
The Sales Administrator will work with and report to the Manager and DGM for this growing resources metal team.
Responsibilities include:
* Contract execution of metal goods from the supplier to the customer.
* Acting as the liaison between the supplier and the customer.
* Complete processing of orders including international shipment, invoicing, and payments.
* Full inventory control and management.
* Covering Contract Execution from Sales and Purchase contracts to ensure they are signed and exchanged between supplier and customer.
* Coordinating the delivery of goods from supplier to customer in accordance with contract terms and Incoterms.
* Providing shipping information and documents to customers and counterparties.
* Recording and controlling all information on Excel and maintaining shipping documents in files.
* Issuing sales contracts and purchase contracts.
* Liaising with the logistics department to arrange delivery.
* Checking stock levels regularly and issuing consignment reports weekly.
* Maintaining accurate date records of all metal stock products.
* Handling delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders using the SAP system.
* Intermediate level MS Office skills.
EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 2 - 3 years in Sales Administration, Import & Exports, Metals, Shipping, Incoterms, invoices, and purchase orders.
* Experience in exporting international business goods.
* Experience in raising POs, sales orders, invoicing, and payments.
* Experience in inventory management.
* Liaising with customers to chase late payments.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
* Preferred - Japanese both written & spoken.
