This contractor is seeing continuous growth with an enviable client base throughout the UK&I operating across various sectors including Health, Education, Industrial, Leisure and Commercial projects.
Your new role
1. Participate in pre-contract meetings, coordinate with various construction professionals, and ensure timely completion of agreed actions.
2. Review and negotiate contracts with Main Contractors and Clients.
3. Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers on behalf of the company to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms.
4. Manage construction contracts according to agreed terms and oversee the payment processes.
5. Measure and value completed work accurately, ensuring adherence to contract specifications and drawings.
6. Prepare regular cost reports and financial statements, monitor project progress, and identify any potential budget deviations.
7. Identify and evaluate potential financial risks associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies.
8. Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them updated on project costs, progress, and potential changes.
