Support Worker - The Pines Location: The Pines, Tunbridge Wells, TN2 3GU - Rural setting – Drivers Essential (Manual Preferred) Salary: £11.44 per hour (equiv. to £23,264 per annum) £45 sleep-in payment (per shift) Hours: Full-time (39 hours) & Part-time (Minimum 29 hours, fully flexible) Shift Patterns: Early: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM Late: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Long Days: 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM Every other weekend or two weekends per month required Be the Difference – Support People to Live Their Best Lives Everyday At Avenues, we create a positive and supportive environment where both staff and the people we support can thrive. The Pines is a supported living service providing care for 15 individuals with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities. The individuals we support range from mild to profound needs, with some requiring mobility assistance and hoisting.
