The Family Team
The Family Team specialises in providing expert, constructive, and non-confrontational advice on a range of complex family matters, including:
* High-value financial remedy cases: Trusts, business structures, pensions, and international elements.
* Family agreements: Pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements, including "mirror" agreements for international clients.
* Non-court dispute resolution: Collaborative law, mediation, and the innovative Accord program, which offers a streamlined, single-lawyer approach for amicable separations.
* Modern families: Surrogacy, cohabitation, Schedule 1 applications, and TLATA disputes.
* Child abduction: As an ICACU panel member, the team handles complex cross-border child abduction cases.
* Private children law disputes: Complex issues requiring sensitive and strategic resolutions.

The Role
This position offers the opportunity to work on high-value, challenging family law matters while receiving mentorship from experienced Partners and Senior Associates.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting senior team members on complex financial and children law matters.
* Progressively building a personal caseload suited to your experience level.
* Engaging in business development and marketing activities to strengthen the team's client base.
* Delivering exceptional client care in line with the Resolution Code of Practice.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
* 1-2 years of PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive in family law.
* Experience supporting complex financial remedy matters and private children disputes, particularly those with international elements.
* A commitment to non-confrontational dispute resolution methods.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
* A proactive, client-focused mindset and a passion for achieving optimal outcomes.
* An interest in or experience with business development activities.
