Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 5 nurse to join the friendly and supportive team on Rowan ward. Rowan Ward is an acute 30 bedded fast flowing, surgical ward, it is made up of 4 bays and 5 side rooms. Patients are admitted via both elective and emergency pathways for a range of surgical diagnoses and procedures relating to colorectal and general surgical needs. Main duties of the job The post holder will be responsible for providing all aspects of patient care through the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.
