Job Description
* Lead the financial control function for the group
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
* Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
* Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes
* Monitor regulatory changes in the insurance industry and ensure compliance
* Provide strategic financial input to senior management
* Manage and develop the finance team
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Financial Controller should have:
* A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA
* Prior experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
* Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial control principles
* Strong leadership skills
* Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
