* Passion for helping people is essential.
* Preferably, 1 year of experience working with vulnerable people and challenging behaviour (personal, voluntary, or professional).
* Ability to adhere to Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) codes, Care Standards, and organizational policies.
* Empathy and respect for people's independence and choices.
* Flexibility and ability to work alone.
* Proficiency with Microsoft or similar applications.
* Hold and be willing to work towards an SVQ 3, ideally with SVQ level 2 or above.
