Job Title: Nursery Practitioner Pay Rate: £92-108.30 (Subject to qualification) Location: Richmond We are partnering with a nursery in Richmond that are seeking a driven and motivated Nursery Practitioner to join their team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds and creating a nurturing environment where children thrive. Nursery Practitioner Key Responsibilities: Maintaining high standards for safety, cleanliness and hygiene Communicating and giving feedback to parents during handovers and through documented development reports Supporting your team members and being a positive role model, who looks to develop and suggest positive changes Creating an environment that meets the needs of the children by considering their cultural and medical needs Creating fun and educational activities for the children under their care Nursery Practitioner Qualifications and Experience: 1 years experience in nursery & childcare (preferred) Level 3 or above in Early Years or equivalent (required) Hold an Enhanced Child workforce DBS with an update service subscription, or be willing to apply for one through anuzk Have a full updated CV, outlining employment covering the last two years - any gaps in employment must be accounted for Passion for working with children and a genuine interest in their growth and development Strong communication skills to engage both children and their families Haven’t heard of anzuk Education?
