At Arun District Council, we’re embarking on an exciting transformation, and we’re looking for a dynamic Technical Services Manager to play a central role in improving housing and repairs services for our residents, with a particular focus on supporting our most vulnerable. In this key role, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality, compliant housing and maintenance services. You’ll be responsible for overseeing contract management, team leadership, and performance management to provide effective and efficient property maintenance. With a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, you will drive value-for-money initiatives, manage the Technical and Responsive Repairs teams, and work to consistently achieve Council goals.
You’ll also play a crucial role in managing housing disrepair cases, engaging tenants, and ensuring that all services meet the standards that promote resident safety, security, and independence. You’ll be instrumental in upholding our commitment to excellent resident service and maintaining quality standards across estates and housing.
