Junior Pre-Sales & Business Development Associate
This is an exciting hybrid role that bridges pre-sales and business development, ideal for tech-savvy individuals looking to transition from a consultant or implementation role into a more commercially focused position. The role is perfect for candidates with limited experience but a strong drive, enthusiasm, and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
As the Pre-Sales & Business Development Associate, you will take ownership of lead generation activities, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify, nurture, and convert leads into sales-qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Self-generate leads through proactive engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, networking events, and other relevant channels.
* Manage and nurture marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), converting them into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
* Collaborate with the sales team to hand off SQLs and support closing deals.
* Work with marketing to proactively contribute ideas and strategies for lead generation campaigns.
* Attend events and industry functions to build relationships and identify new opportunities for growth.
* Build a strong understanding of Qmulus offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
* Stay up-to-date with CRM and ERP trends to inform and enhance your outreach efforts.
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
* A proactive mindset with enthusiasm and motivation to meet sales targets.
* A tech-savvy individual with some experience in consulting, implementation, or similar roles, looking to transition into a commercial role.
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
* Ability to work independently and bring innovative ideas to the table.
