Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Representing the gym as an ambassador for fitness and demonstrating our elevated ways of working
* Advocating for our sales process and leading by example to improve team confidence and performance
* Driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow the live member movement
* Owning activity planners and implementing strategies to increase lead generation
* Monitoring dashboards and KPIs, communicating key insights to the team
* Driving revenue growth from membership sales to product and secondary sales
* Preparing and delivering monthly sales presentations to the management team
* Building key relationships with local businesses to evolve partnerships
* Developing membership opportunities and leading by example on reception and the gym floor
