Account Manager - Fleet Services
Office based - Leeds
Salary: c £30-35k
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective management of customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, conducting review calls and meetings in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
3. Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
4. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the Strategic Account Managers to identify and pursue wider growth opportunities.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse key account performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
6. Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved efficiently, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies
1. Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role.
2. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
3. Ability to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
1. 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management.
2. Experience in the fleet solutions industry is a plus.
